FEE:
Visa is issued for a fee of BND20.00 or its equivalent.

PROCESSING TIME:
Fourteen (14) working days (excluding the date of submission application).

COLLECTION OF VISA:

i)     For applications from countries where Brunei Darussalam's Mission Abroad are based:

The applicant's passport with issued visa can be collected at Brunei Darussalam's Mission Abroad where the application was submitted

ii)    For applications from countries where Brunei Darussalam's Mission Abroad is not available:

The applicant's passport with issued visa will be returned via the prepaid postage self-addressed return envelope through a secured courier.

BUSINESS VISITS

PROCEDURES

• Business Visit Visa is issued for the purpose of investment or business related activities in Brunei Darussalam
  
• Business Visit Visa is required to be applied by the registered business company or government-linked company in Brunei Darussalam on behalf of the applicant.
  
• The visa application is to be submitted to the Visa and Diplomatic Section, Department of Immigration and National Registration, Brunei Darussalam.
  
• Subject to the information stated in the approval letter, the applicant can proceed to the nearest Brunei Darussalam Mission Abroad to be issued with the relevant visa stamp. 

PROFESSIONAL VISITS

PROCEDURES

• Professional Visit Visa issued for the purpose of professional work/expertise required for a particular project awarded in Brunei Darussalam.
  
• Professional Visit Visa is required to be applied by the government agencies / government-linked company / business registered company in Brunei Darussalam on behalf of the applicant.
  
• The visa application is to be submitted to the Visa and Diplomatic Section, Department of Immigration and National Registration, Brunei Darussalam.
  
• Subject to the information stated in the approval letter, the applicant can proceed to the nearest Brunei Darussalam Mission Abroad to be issued with the relevant visa stamp. 

PROCESSING PERIOD/TIME

• The general processing time for Professional Visit Visa is as follows:
  
• 3 working days for application submitted at Headquarters, Department of Immigration and National Registration and Kuala Belait branch office.
• 5 working days for application submitted at Temburong branch office.

• Some applications may take longer to process, should it require further assessment.
