To Continuously Review and Update Regulations Related to the Planning, Management and Development of Human Resources;

To Prepare and Implement Human Resource Projects;

To Monitor and Evaluate the Effectiveness of Human Resources Policies and Projects;

To Provide Efficient and Effective Human Resource Information System;

To Systematically Manage the Human Resource Functions such as Appointment, Posting, Promotion, Transfer, Recognition, Leave, Retirement, etc.;

To Ensure Effective Management of General Welfare;

To Ensure Compliance and Effective Management of MFA’s Education Allowance;

To Effectively Monitor the Implementation of LES Rules And Regulations;

To Provide Counseling Services;

To Identify and Analyse Training Requirements and Plan Courses for Officials and Staffs;

To Plan and Coordinate Graduate and Post-Graduate Programs;

To Plan and Organise In-House Training Programs;

To Coordinate Local and Overseas Training Programs;

To Prepare and Coordinate Attachment and Briefing Programs For New Recruits and Relevant Officers;

To Coordinate Selected Foreign Language Course.
