The Lao People's Democratic Republic



  • Brunei Darussalam (BD) and the Lao People’s Democratic Republic (Lao PDR) established diplomatic relations on 27 July 1993.

  • BD and Lao PDR celebrated the 25th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations on 27 July 2018

  • The main areas of cooperation between the two countries are in education, technical assistance, culture, youth, and sport.
