Side Instruments Involving Brunei Darussalam

Side letters are instruments negotiated in conjunction with free trade agreements. The purpose of a side letter is to clarify bilateral matters between two Parties that do not affect the rights and obligations of the other TPP Parties.​

In the context of the Agreement, Brunei Darussalam has agreed side instruments with a number of other TPP Parties on the following issues:
