His Royal Highness Prince ‘Abdul Mateen Ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Brunei Darussalam, is in Washington, D.C., after attending the High-Level Week of the 81st Session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York, United States of America.
His Royal Highness is accompanied by Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Anak Isteri Anisha Rosnah binti Adam, and Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Anak Zahra Mariam Bolkiah.
His Royal Highness today met with The Honorable Howard Lutnik, Secretary of Commerce of the United States of America. Both sides discussed opportunities to further enhance trade and investment relations between the United States of America and Brunei Darussalam.
His Royal Highness also made a working visit to the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) in Virginia, United States of America. His Royal Highness was given briefings by several senior officials from the Agency, as well as exchanged views on regional and international matters of mutual concern.
