I am saddened to learn of the many lives lost and injured in the terrorist attack at the Crocus City Concert Hall in Moscow.
On behalf of my Government and people, I extend our heartfelt condolences to the Government and people of the Russian Federation, and especially to the families and friends who have lost their loved ones in this terrible tragedy.
Our thoughts are with you and the people of the Russian Federation during this difficult period.
