I would like to extend my warmest congratulations to Your Majesty and to the Government and people of the Kingdom of Cambodia on the occasion of your 70th Independence Day.
Our countries share warm and long-standing friendship, underpinned by cooperation in trade and investment, agriculture, defence and people to people exchanges. We had fruitful discussions during my State Visit to Cambodia last year, and I look forward to further enhancing these much-valued ties for the mutual benefit of our respective countries and people.
