I wish to convey my sincerest congratulations and best wishes to Your Royal Highness and to the Government and people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the occasion of your National Day.
We had candid discussions in further deepening the warm and brotherly ties between our countries during my official visit to Saudi Arabia last April. I would also like to take this opportunity to congratulate Your Royal Highness and the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on a successful Hajj season this year.
In closing, I would like to reiterate Brunei Darussalam's steadfast support for the ASEAN - Gulf Cooperation Council (G.C.C) Summit in Riyadh in October this year and wish Your Royal Highness and the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia the very best in all your preparations.
