1. The ASEAN Committee in Cairo (ACC) Friendship Golf took place on 12 August 2023 at Katameya Dunes, New Cairo. The event was hosted by the Embassy of the Malaysia in Cairo.
2. The event was also held in conjunction with the 56th Anniversary of ASEAN Day.
3. The event was participated by ASEAN Missions in Cairo along with the Embassy of Republic of Korea. The Embassy of Brunei Darussalam in Cairo was represented by H.E. Mr. Pg Salimin Daud, Ambassador of Brunei Darussalam and Md Hamizan Hj Azman Nulhadi, Second Secretary.
4. H.E. Mr. Pg Salimin Daud, Ambassador of Brunei Darussalam and Mr. Kim Jong Pill from the Embassy of Republic of Korea were awarded medals and gifts for securing first place in the golf event.
