1. The ASEAN Committee in Cairo held the 3rd brown bag session (ASEAN briefing) on “The ASEAN Model and the Middle East” which took place on 22 September 2024 at the School of Political Science, Badr University, Cairo.
2. The Brown Bag session was jointly organised by Embassy of Thailand and Badr University.
3. All ASEAN Head of Missions (HoMs) along with Chargé d’Affaires in Egypt attended the session.
4. During the session, H.E. Ambassador Dominic Goh, Embassy of Singapore in Cairo as Chair of ACC gave a brief presentation on ASEAN.
5. Following the presentation, the session ended with a Q&A with questions posed by students on matters related to ASEAN.
