Saturday, 16 March 2024 – Brunei Darussalam’s 4th Air-drop operations, King Abdullah II Air Base
H.E. Haji Mahadi bin Maidin, Ambassador of Brunei Darussalam, accompanied by officers and staff from the Embassy of BD in Amman, Jordan was received by Colonel Osama Alkhatib at his office in the Air Base.
The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Major General Yousef Ahmed Al-Hunaiti made an unscheduled visit before the take-off and met with H.E. Haji Mahadi.
One (1) C-130 JAF aircraft carried BD’s humanitarian aid with guided parachutes (with GPS), which took off at 12.05pm (Jordan time). As in the previous day, the boxes were also parachuted in North Gaza.
