THE HASHEMITE KINGDOM OF JORDAN
Diplomatic relations were established on 18 February 1985. Brunei Darussalam opened its Embassy in Amman on 18 March 1996. The Ambassador of Brunei Darussalam to Jordan is His Excellency Colonel (R) Haji Nooradin bin Haji Yaakob. Jordan accredited its Ambassador, His Excellency Walid Al Hadid in Jakarta as the Non-Resident Ambassador to Brunei Darussalam.
His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam made a State Visit to Jordan in December 1984. His Majesty King Abdullah II was in Brunei Darussalam for a State Visit in May 2008 and in August 2009 for BRIDEX.
