On 5 March 2024, Her Excellency Noni Zurainah Haji Ismi, Ambassador Designate of Brunei Darussalam to the Republic of Türkiye arrived Türkiye to begin her diplomatic duties as Ambassador of Brunei Darussalam.
Present to welcome Her Excellency at the airport were His Excellency Sok Chea, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia and spouse; Her Excellency Kok Li Peng, Ambassador of the Republic of Singapore; His Excellency Achmad Rizal Purnama, Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia; and Ms Nawinee Plyoni, Charge de Affaires of the Kingdom of Thailand.
