It is with much pleasure that I convey my most heartfelt congratulations to you and to the Government and people of the Kingdom of Cambodia on the 30th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between our two countries.
Over the past 30 years, Brunei Darussalam and the Kingdom of Cambodia have enjoyed close and longstanding relations in trade, education, and people-to-people exchanges. I am confident that these much-valued ties will continue to flourish, particularly with the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding on Bilateral Consultation.
I welcome further opportunities to deepen our cooperation both bilaterally and as close regional partners, and extend our full support for Cambodia's ASEAN Chairman this year. I look forward to working closely with you in ensuring the success of the 40th and 41st ASEAN Summit and related Summits in November.
