I am saddened to learn of the passing of His Excellency Dr. Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran and His Excellency Dr. Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, Minister of Foreign Affairs as well as their delegation in the recent tragic helicopter crash.
The Government and the people of Brunei Darussalam join me in expressing our sincerest condolences to Your Excellency, to the Government and the people of the Islamic Republic of Iran, especially to the families of the deceased during this period of bereavement.
May Allah Subhaanahu Wata'ala bless their souls with eternal rest and grant them the highest place in Jannah.
