Travelling to Brunei Darussalam Visa Arrangements
Certain countries are exempted from the visa requirements for social, business, or professional visits depending on the number of days. All other nationals entering Brunei Darussalam must obtain visas beforehand through the Embassy.

1. a completed visa application form 2. a copy of passport, a validity of at least 6 months before expiry when entering Brunei Darussalam, 3. two copies of your passport size photo. 4. proof of your flight (return ticket), 5. hotel booking 6. Invitation letter (for Conference, seminar, examination etc). 7. your bank statement as supporting document for a proof of sufficient fund for your journey to Brunei Darussalam. 8. If the Visa is approved, the visa fee is US$16.00-single entry.
Visitors are advised to submit the above documents to the Embassy at least 3 weeks before travelling to Brunei Darussalam. This is to take into account any applications which may need to be forwarded to Brunei Darussalam for further approval.

We would like all citizens of Brunei Darussalam travelling to Russia to register with the Embassy of Brunei Darussalam in Moscow, to help us keep in touch with you. Click here to register online. Passport Renewal Brunei Citizens are advised to renew their passports six (6) months before the expiry date. The application form can be submitted to the Embassy of Brunei Darussalam with the documents listed in the form: Passport Renewal form download link Emergency Certificate (Sijil Darurat) Those who have lost their passport in Russia should contact the Embassy of Brunei Darussalam to process their emergency certificate. This certificate is a one-way travel document. Procedures: - Fill in and submit the application form with the following documents: Explanatory letter on the reasons for an emergency certificate, addressed to the Director of Immigration and National Registration Department, Brunei Darussalam.
- Two (2) copies of Brunei Passport (if applicable);
- Two (2) copies of Police Report
- Two (2) copies of Brunei Identity Card (both sides) or Identification Certificate (if available);
- Two (2) copies of applicant's Birth Certificate (both sides);
- One (1) pre-paid, self-addressed Registered or Express Post Envelopes;
- Three (3) passport-size photos;
- Payment fee of BND20 (Payable in Russian Rouble or US Dollar on the Brunei Government current exchange rate);

A child of a Bruneian citizen born in Russia can also apply for an emergency certificate to be used for returning to Brunei. In this case, the application form and documents listed above should also be submitted with the additional documents, such as: - Two (2) copies of child birth certificate
- Two (2) copies of parent's Marriage Certificate;
- Two (2) copies of parent's Birth Certificates (both sides);
- Two (2) copies of parent's Identification Certificates;
- Two (2) copies of parent's Passports;
- Two (2) passport-size photos (preferably with blue background 3.5 x 4.2 cm);
- Payment fee of BND20 (Payable in Russian Rouble or US Dollar on the Brunei Government current exchange rate);

Registration of Birth A child born in Russia whose father is a citizen of Brunei Darussalam may register with the Embassy within a period of six months after the date of birth. Note: All Copies of the required documents should be translated into English or Malay. |
