My Dear Colleague,
I am very pleased to send my deep respects
to His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej and
all members of the royal family, together
with my congratulations to you and to the
government and people of the Kingdom of
Thailand on the 82nd Anniversary of His
Majesty’s birthday.
I would also like to express my great
appreciation to the Kingdom of Thailand for
its chairmanship of our regional association
this year and thank you and your staff for
the gracious hospitality and all the
arrangements made for us during the many
meetings you have hosted.
