23 June 2009 - Their Royal Highness Prince Mohamed Bolkiah, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Zariah, today hosted a farewell luncheon for Her Excellency Virginia H. Benavidez. the outgoing Ambassador of the Republic of Philippines, at the Balai Penghadapan, Bukit Kayangan.

Her Royal Highness Princess Hajah Masna, Ambassador-at-Large at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Lela Cheteria Sahibun Najabah Pengiran Anak Haji Abd. Aziz were also present at the luncheon.

Her Excellency has been Ambassador of the Republic of Philippines to Brunei Darussalam since April 2002.
