2 April 2008 - His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam consented to present Letters of Credentials to three newly-appointed envoys of Brunei Darussalam to New Zealand, India and Laos.

In separate ceremonies at the Istana Nurul Iman, His Majesty also received diplomatic credentials from three new foreign Heads of Missions to Brunei Darussalam.
 

His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam presents a Letter of Credentials to H.E. Datin Tan Bee Yong the newly-appointed High Commissioner of Brunei Darussalam to New Zealand. 

His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam presents a Letter of Credentials to H.E. Haji Sidek bin Ali , newly appointed High Commissioner of Brunei Darussalam to India. 

His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam presents a Letter of Credentials to H.E Johanthani bin Haji Abdullah, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Brunei Darussalam to Laos. 

His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam receives a Letter of Credentials from H.E Abdelaziz Aboughosh, non-resident Ambassador of Palestine to Brunei Darussalam. 

His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam receives a Letter of Credentials from H.E Mohammad Yunos Farman, non-resident Ambassador of Afghanistan to Brunei Darussalam. 

His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam receives a Letter of Credentials from H.E Peter Jonathan Ethasor Anegbeh, non-resident High Commissioner of Nigeria to Brunei Darussalam.
