23 November 2007 - His Royal Highness Prince Mohamed Bolkiah, His Majesty’s Special Envoy to the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in Kampala, Uganda, accompanied by Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Anak Mansurah Izzul Bolkiah, this morning attended the First CHOGM Executive Session in which leaders reviewed global developments and the challenges faced by small member states.

The first session concluded with reports on the implementation of mandates given at CHOGM 2005 in Malta.
