19 November 2007 - His Royal Highness Prince Mohamed Bolkiah, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade and Her Royal Highness Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Zariah, left Brunei Darussalam today to attend the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) in Kampala, Republic of Kampala as the Special Envoy of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam.

The special theme of CHOGM 2008 is “Transforming Commonwealth Societies to achieve Political, Economic and Human Development”.
