- His Royal Highness Prince Mohamed
Bolkiah, Minister of Foreign Affairs
and Trade, this morning attended the
opening session of the general
debate of the 62nd Session of the
United Nations General Assembly at
the United Nations (UN) Headquarters
in New York.
His Royal Highness and Her Royal
Highness Pengiran Anak Isteri
Pengiran Anak Hajah Zariah, this
evening attended a reception hosted
by President George W. Bush,
President of the United States of
America, and Lady Laura Bush at the
Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York.
The Reception was held in
recognition of the 62nd Session of
the United Nations General Assembly.
His Royal Highness then attended a
State Dinner hosted by His
Excellency Ban Ki-moon, Secretary
General of the UN, at the UN
Headquarters in New York. The State
Dinner was held in honour of the
Heads of State and Government
attending the General Assembly. |
