Regional Forum, for a courtesy call
on Her Excellency Gloria Macapagal
Arroyo, President of the Republic of
the Philippines at the Malacanang
Palace in Manila.
Their Royal Highnesses then joined
fellow Foreign Ministers at a dinner
hosted by Her Excellency Gloria
