- His Royal Highness Prince Mohamed
Bolkiah, Minister of Foreign Affairs
and Trade, last night was awarded
the Order of the Golden Heart with
the Rank of Grand Cross, by Her
Excellency Gloria Macapagal Arroyo,
President of the Republic of the
Philippines in a ceremony at the
Malacanang Palace in Manila.
The accompanying citation stated
that His Royal Highness was
receiving the Presidential Award “in
recognition of His Royal Highness’
humanitarian work, civic
involvement, and efforts at
promoting Peacebuilding, Interfaith
Dialogue and Cooperation for Peace,
and education in the Southern
Philippines”. |
