- His Royal Highness Prince Mohamed
Bolkiah, Minister of Foreign Affairs
and Trade was Guest of Honour last
night at a performance of the
Brazilian Martial Art “Capoeira” at
the International Convention Centre,
Berakas.
On arrival, His Royal Highness was
greeted by The Honourable Pehin
Orang Kaya Seri Dewa Major General
(R) Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Awang
Mohammad bin Haji Daud, Minister of
Culture, Youth and Sports, and His
Excellency Marcos Caramuru de Paiva,
Ambassador of Brazil to Brunei
Darussalam.
The show was performed by the
“Bantus Capoeira” Malaysia group and
co-organised by the Embassy of the
Federative Republic of Brazil in
Kuala Lumpur and the Ministry of
Culture, Youth and Sports, Brunei
Darussalam.
The “Bantus Capoeira” Malaysia group
is in the country on a three-day
visit.
