Yang Berhormat Pehin Dato Lim Jock Seng, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade II (second), this afternoon, visited the University of Al Azhar and met several Brunei students who are currently studying at the University. The tour to the University is one of the programmes included in Yang Berhormat Pehin’s working visit to the Arab Republic of Egypt on 7 – 9 October.

Besides visiting the University, Yang Berhormat Pehin also had discussions with several Egyptian ministers including the Minister of Foreign Affairs; Minister of Trade and Industry; Minister of International Cooperation; Minister of Health; and the President of Al Azhar University.

Yang Berhormat Pehin’s visit is at the invitation of His Excellency Ahmed Ali Ahmed Abul Gheit, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
