26 August 2006 - His Royal Highness Prince Mohamed Bolkiah, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, received His Excellency Ambassador Vladimir Villegas, the Special Representative of the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela at the Balai Penghadapan, Bukit Kayangan.

During the audience, His Royal Highness accepted a message from President Hugo Rafael Chavez Frias of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam.
