HER ROYAL HIGHNESS PRINCESS HAJAH MASNA AMBASSADOR-AT-LARGE AT THE MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS AND TRADE CONCLUDES HER FINAL DAY IN BEIJING AND DEPARTS FOR NANJING

Beijing, The People’s Republic of China, Wednesday, 6 Rabiulawal 1427, 5 April 2006

Her Royal Highness Princess Hajah Masna, Ambassador-at-Large at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, today continued her official visit to China this afternoon by departing for Nanjing in Jiangsu Province.

Before leaving Beijing, Her Royal Highness met with His Excellency Wu Dawei, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs at the Diaoyutai State Guest House. During the meeting, Her Royal Highness and His Excellency Wu Dawei exchanged views on bilateral relations between Brunei Darussalam and China especially on the 15th Anniversary of diplomatic relations and trade and tourism cooperation.

After the meeting, His Excellency hosted a luncheon in honour of Her Royal Highness.

Highlights of Her Royal Highness’ visit to Nanjing include meetings with members of the Jiangsu Provincial Government and visits to historical and other places of interest.

Throughout the official visit Her Royal Highness is being accompanied by Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Lela Cheteria Sahibun Najabah Pengiran Anak Haji Abdul Aziz bin Pengiran Jaya Negara Pengiran Haji Abu Bakar.
