30 November 2005 - His Royal Highness Prince Mohamed Bolkiah, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade and Her Royal Highness Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Zariah, hosted a farewell luncheon at the Balai Penghadapan, Bukit Kayangan for two out-going High Commissioners to Brunei Darussalam and their spouses ; His Excellency Hirubalan V.P., the High Commissioner of the Republic of Singapore and Madam Manoranchitham Hirubalan; and His Excellency Christian David Bennett, the High Commissioner of Australia and Mrs. Kathleen Anne Buckley.

Prior to the luncheon, Their Royal Highnesses granted audiences to Mr. Bennet and Mrs. Buckley; and Mr. and Madam Hirubalan.

Mr. Hirubalan V.P., has been High Commissioner of the Republic of Singapore to Brunei Darussalam since February 2002.

Mr. Bennett has been High Commissioner of Australia to Brunei Darussalam since February 2004.
