25 November 2005 - His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office, and Her Royal Highness Paduka Seri Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Sarah began an official visit to the Republic of the Philippines. Accompanying His Royal Highness was YAM Prince Abdul Qawi.

The official visit by Their Highnesses was at the invitation of the President of the Republic of the Philippines, Her Excellency Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo coincided with the 23rd SEA Games in the Philippines.

His Royal Highness the Crown Prince Pengiran Muda Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah and Her Royal Highness Paduka Seri Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Sarah during the courtesy call on the President of the Republic of the Philippines, Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, at Malacanang Palace on 26 November 2005. Also present during the courtesy call were the First Gentleman, Jose Miguel Arroyo and YAM Prince Abdul Qawi.
