8 October 2005, the Hon. Pehin Dato Lim Jock Seng, Second Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade received a call from Brunei Darussalam members of APEC Business Advisory Council [ABAC] at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade in Jalan Subok, Bandar Seri Begawan. The Brunei ABAC members were Haji Idris Hj Abas, Haji Salleh Bostaman Hj Zainal Abidin and Haji Mohd Roselan Mohd Daud. During the call they presented an advance copy of the ABAC Report 2005 for His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam through the Second Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Pehin Dato Seri Paduka Lim Jock Seng. Also present during the call were Pengiran Dato Osman, Permanent Secretary and Lim Jock Hoi, Deputy Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
