10 September 2005 (New York) - His Royal Highness Prince Mohamed Bolkiah, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade arrived in New York, this afternoon to attend the 60th Session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).

His Royal Highness was accompanied by Her Royal Highness Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Zariah.

On arrival at the John F. Kennedy International Airport, Their Royal Highnesses were welcomed by His Excellency Pengiran Indera Negara Pengiran Anak Haji Puteh ibni Al-Marhum Pengiran Pemancha Pengiran Anak Haji Mohd Alam, Ambassador of Brunei Darussalam to the United States of America, and His Excelleny Haji Shofry bin Haji Abdul Ghafor, Permanent Representative of Brunei Darussalam to the United Nations in New York.

During his stay in New York, His Royal Highness is also expected to attend a number of meetings including an Informal ASEAN Foreign Ministers Meeting and ASEAN-US Ministerial Meeting.
