MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS AND TRADE GRANTS FAREWELL AUDIENCES TO THREE OUTGOING FOREIGN ENVOYS  

5 September 2005 - His Royal Highness Prince Mohamed Bolkiah, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and Her Royal Highness Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Zariah, today granted farewell audiences at the Balai Penghadapan, Bukit Kayangan to His Excellency Paul S.H. Lau, the outgoing High Commissioner of Canada and Madame Shirley Lau.

His Excellency Paul S.H. Lau has been High Commissioner of Canada to Brunei Darussalam since October 2002.

His Royal Highness later granted farewell audiences to Their Excellencies Haji Mohammed bin Omar bin Ahmed Aideed, the outgoing Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Sultanate of Oman; and Kim Woong-nam, the outgoing Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea.

His Excellency Haji Mohammed bin Omar bin Ahmed Aideed has been Ambassador of the Sultanate of Omar to Brunei Darussalam since October 2002.

His Excellency Kim Woong-nam has been Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Brunei Darussalam since March 2003.
