Malaysian Prime Minister visits Brunei

Minister was in Brunei Darussalam
for a two-day working visit in
conjunction with the 9th Annual
Leaders’ Consultation held in Bandar
Seri Begawan on 29 August 2005.
Together with the Malaysian Prime
Minister were the Minister of
Foreign Affairs, Dato’ Seri Syed
Hamid Albar; Minister of Home
Affairs, Dato’ Azmi Khalid and
Minister at the Prime Minister’s
Office, Dato’ Dr. Abdullah Md. Zin.
Malaysia hosted the 8th Annual
Leaders’ Consultation between Brunei
and Malaysia at Putrajaya last year.
In the afternoon, His Majesty the
Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei
Darussalam received the Malaysian
Prime
Minister at the Istana Nurul Iman.
Present were His Royal Highness
Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah, the
Crown Prince and Senior Minister at
the Prime Minister’s Office and His
Royal Highness Prince Mohamed
Bolkiah, the Minister of Foreign
Affairs and Trade.
His Majesty later held a four-eye
discussion with the visiting Premier
at the Cheradi Seri Kencana of the
palace.
Later in the evening, His Majesty
hosted a dinner in honour of the
visiting Prime Minister of Malaysia.
The dinner took place at a hotel in
Jerudong.
Also present were His Royal Highness
Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah, the
Crown Prince and Senior Minister at
the Prime Minister’s Office and His
Royal Highness Prince Mohamed
Bolkiah, the Minister of Foreign
Affairs and Trade.
