Bilateral ties between Brunei Darussalam and Jordan as well as Palestine are further enhanced through people-to-people exchanges, mutual understanding agreements, cooperation and meetings. On 1 October 2017, a meeting between H.E. Ambassador of Brunei Darussalam with H.E. Dr. Mazen Shamiyah, Assistant Foreign Minister of Palestine for Bilateral Relations of Asia, Africa and Australia was held at Landmark Hotel, Amman Jordan.
