I would like to extend my warmest congratulations to you, and to the Government and people of the Republic of Korea on your National Foundation Day.
It was a great pleasure to receive you and Madame Kim Jung-sook to Brunei Darussalam last March, and I very much valued the discussions we had. Your visit gave fresh momentum to our longstanding bilateral relations, as well as our partnership in the ASEAN ROK Dialogue.
I look forward to seeing you next month in Seoul and in Busan at the ASEAN - ROK Commemorative Summit, and wish you all the best in your preparations.
